煤矿工作面智能语音系统设计

Design of intelligent voice system of coal mine working face

摘要: 传统的煤矿工作面语音系统存在模拟语音信号不适于长距离传输、易受干扰,电池电量消耗快,传输线缆损耗导致系统末端电压过低,过多无效播放造成本安电源电量浪费等问题。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于语音信号数字化传输的煤矿工作面智能语音系统,介绍了系统硬件电路方案和语音设备动态管理方案。该系统以CAN总线作为数字语音传输的载体,主控器通过CAN总线实时采集语音设备的状态,并根据不同的规则对语音设备的充电电流、放音音量等参数进行调整。工业性试验表明,该系统可以长时间稳定工作。

Abstract: There are some problems in traditional voice system of coal mine working face, for example, analog voice signals are unsuited to long haul transmission and easy to be disturbed, battery power is consumed quickly, loss of transmission line leads to super low terminal voltage, too much invalid broadcast causes power waste of intrinsically safe power supply, etc. In order to solve above problems, an intelligent voice system of coal mine working face was proposed which was based on digital voice signal transmission. Hard circuit scheme of the system was introduced as well as dynamic management scheme of voice device. The system takes CAN bus as transmission carrier of digital voice. Main controller collects status data of voice device real-timely through CAN bus, and adjusts parameters of charging current and broadcasting volume of voice device according to different rules. The industrial test shows that the system can run stably for long.
